We are launching a fast-paced, 12-week Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program designed to prepare students for immediate placement into our partnered contractors and our internal staffing agency. We are seeking an experienced tradesperson who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and building the next generation of electricians.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician with strong communication skills, field leadership experience, and a desire to work in a structured classroom + hands-on lab environment.
- Teach foundational electrical skills including safety, tools, wiring methods, conduit bending, circuits, fixtures, motors, and basic code.
- Lead hands-on training labs and supervise student practice exercises.
- Demonstrate proper worksite behavior, professionalism, attendance, and communication expectations.
- Prepare students for real job-site conditions from Day 1.
- Follow the provided 12-week curriculum and maintain pacing.
- Track attendance, progress, performance, and discipline when needed.
- Assist in updating curriculum and lab exercises as needed.
- Evaluate student readiness for job placement.
- Work closely with the staffing team to recommend top students for contractor assignments.
- Help maintain program standards to ensure all graduates are job-ready.
- Enforce OSHA safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
- Master Electrician license (Texas).
- 5+ years electrical field experience (commercial, residential, or industrial).- Experience training, supervising, or leading apprentices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to teach beginners with patience and structure.
- Prior teaching or vocational training experience.
- OSHA 10/30 certification.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
