Seeking a salesperson to represent our company in the Canada selling analytical instruments. We are looking for an independent contractor or self-employed worker who will help us with increasing our market share in our target markets.
- Highly motivated "sales" aptitude.
- Working through various sales channels to sell industrial combustion/emissions testing equipment.
- Direct sales and cold calling from small companies to international companies.
- Develop sales plan and strategy for reaching sales targets.
- Introduce products to existing and new markets, which might require infrequent travel.
- Responsible for effective technical presentations and product demonstrations as part of the overall sales effort and customer relationship building.
- Increase/maximize sales to existing accounts & establish new accounts (70/30 ratio).
- Experience selling in industrial (!) markets.
- Must have experience conducive to understanding end-user applications, recognizing customer needs and presenting solutions based on available products.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and confidently present and detail them to prospective customers.
- Position requires a positive and motivated attitude to drive sales through all channels along with the ability to quickly learn, apply and present technical information.
- The ability to work effectively with end users and/or direct sales customers, and representing the ecom brand at trade shows, with professional groups and technical associations.
