Your Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth through creative promotional strategies and customer engagement

- Maintaining a strong Social Media presence on all platforms, using primarily in house content to attract people to the business

- Lead staff recruitment, scheduling, development, and performance management

- Foster relationships with your team and customers, ensuring every customer feels like a valued client

- Contribute to team development and business direction

- Maintain a “How Can I Make It Better?” attitude, continuously improving operations

- Oversee promotional operations during your shifts and be available for support on off days

- Enforce company systems and ensure staff are meeting their responsibilities

- Build and maintain the best team, clientele, and atmosphere in the industry

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of management experience in the service industry (nightclub, bar, lounge, or similar)

- A positive, growth-oriented mindset with an openness to change

- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a team to achieve common goals

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build regular, loyal clientele

- Experience executing promotions and driving engagement

- Excellent communication skills, able to connect with a diverse range of personalities
