**Sales Manager**
who can both
**drive new business**
and
**lead a small high-performing team**
in our tooling, material, and services divisions.

This role is for someone who leads by example, pushes for opportunity, and holds themselves and their team to elite standards. If you’re a producer who also knows how to build people up and hold them accountable, we want you.

- Bring in new business across tooling, material, and services
- Manage and develop a small sales team

- Build strong utility industry relationships

**💎 Compensation**

- **Base Salary:**
  $90,000–$120,000
- **OTE:**
  **Unlimited earning potential**
