We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resource to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various positions within the organization. Duties
•
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
•
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
•
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
•
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
•
Assist in employee relations by providing support during the onboarding process.
Skills
•
Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques and tools, including technical recruiting methods.
•
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse candidates.
•
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
