Cyntech Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our family in Calgary, AB. Knowledge of geotechnical construction, piling/anchoring, and/or ground improvement is a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Maintain effective relations with the project management and manufacturing teams through an excellent attitude, good knowledge, efficient work practices and proper documentation
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate vendor activities
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in project management in a construction or manufacuring environment
- Experience with vendor management and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
