About This Job
The HVAC Selling Technician is responsible for performing in-home or on-site diagnostics, repairs, and system evaluations while also identifying customer needs and offering HVAC solutions. This role bridges service expertise with consultative selling to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems.
•Evaluate customer systems and provide solution-based recommendations, including system replacements, IAQ upgrades, and efficiency improvements.
•Educate customers on products, services, warranties, and available financing options.
•Provide written estimates, close sales.
•Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure seamless execution of sold jobs.
•Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using field service software.
•Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
•Attend company-provided training to stay current on HVAC technologies and sales best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
