Crosby Energy Services onshore support services continue to expand, providing production, operations, and maintenance support from regional offices located in Evanston, WY, Fort Worth, TX, Midland, TX, Zapata, TX, Coushatta, LA, Wexford, PA, Aztec, NM and Wellsboro, PA.

We are currently providing personnel to operators in AK, CO, KS, LA, MS, NM, OK, PA, TX, WV, and WY. These areas include the Marcellus, Barnett, Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Tuscaloosa Marine shale plays, in addition to the Rocky Mountains and Pinedale Anticline.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and optimize production from a centralized control room
- Support and execute iOF/iOC workflows and daily optimization processes
- Participate in daily production and operations meetings
- Develop and validate daily recovery and production plans
- Generate work notifications and material requests
- Manage intelligent alerts, forecasting, and production data trends
- Monitor and optimize artificial lift systems (plunger lift, gas lift, rod pump, etc.)
- Track production losses and support monthly validation (LRP/LPRS)
- Coordinate oil trucking, well unloading, and chemical treatments
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues
- Interface with engineering teams for data gathering and analysis
- Monitor facilities including trunk lines, stabilization units, and central production sites
- Maintain system updates and documentation (WellView, Avocet, etc.)
- Support cost control efforts and OPEX targets
- Ensure compliance with all HSE and regulatory requirements

- 5–7+ years of oil and gas production or operations experience
- Experience working in or supporting a control room / operations center environment
- Strong understanding of production optimization and artificial lift systems
- Familiarity with systems such as WellView, Avocet, or similar
- Ability to analyze data and make real-time operational decisions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and coordination across teams
- Ability to operate independently and support broader operational strategy
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Crosby Energy Services is seeking an experienced **Control Room Operator** in **Watford City, North Dakota**. This role is based in a centralized operations center and is responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and supporting production across multiple assets.

This position is best suited for someone with a strong background in production operations who understands artificial lift, real-time monitoring, and making operational decisions from a control room environment.
