The position of the administration assistant is pivotal in any small business. We are looking for an applicant to join our team, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining an efficient front desk environment.
Responsibilities
•Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
•Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
•Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
•Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy regulations.
•Utilize phone systems effectively for communication within the office and with clients.
