Summary
We are seeking an Operator to join our dynamic team at Challenger Technical Services Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment within our projects. Based in Canada, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing top-tier services in the oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment/trucks safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as required for projects.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Challenger offers the industry's best equipment and working conditions thanks to smart design and enclosed operation areas.
- Work in a team, driving equipment to site including cementing, fluid pumping and fluid transports.
- Assist with specialty daytime remedial cementing, stimulation, fluid pumping operations.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- Class 1 and clean abstract minimum
- Proficient driving skills
- Previous oilfield field-level experience
- Mechanically and technically inclined
- Physically fit and capable of typical field-level tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate to LSD's
- Successful completion of a drug and alcohol screening.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
