Job Summary
Capstream Downhole Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated candidate with strong connections to ESP companies and oil & gas organizations, particularly on the production side.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on promoting and securing business for our spooling and hotshot services. The ideal candidate will have existing industry relationships and a solid understanding of field operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their operational needs
- Promote Capstream’s spooling and hotshot services with tailored solutions
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the oil & gas and ESP sectors
- Support the expansion of our market presence through consistent outreach and networking
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the Midstream and Production side of the oil and gas industry.
- Strong skills in upselling and territory management.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working within a team-oriented environment.
- Background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in retail or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively and confidently engage prospects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
