About the Role:

We are a growing solar energy company looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. Your main responsibility will be speaking with homeowners, creating interest in our solar programs, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

Compensation:

- Base training pay + bonuses - Average earnings: $2,000–$3,000+ per sale (commissions paid weekly)

Requirements:

- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) – comfortable speaking with homeowners in both languages

- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

- Reliable transportation

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Schedule:

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday (flexible hours available)

Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week

- Doral, FL 33182: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
