Job Description
With over 15 years of experience in Home Energy Efficiency products and services we have become a leading expert in the industry and is looking for Project Coordinator and Customer Support (Part-Time) that want to pursue an exciting career in the energy efficiency space.
Job Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, always ensuring a positive customer experience.
•Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and finance to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
•Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers experiencing issues. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account activities in the CRM system.
•Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls, ensuring timely dispatch and job completion by communicating effectively with technicians.
•Analyze service data to optimize technician routes and schedules, making adjustments for efficiency and urgency.
•Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling client communications and emergency service calls, ensuring swift and effective responses.
Requirements:
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
•Previous experience in a project coordinator role preferred.
•Experience in the HVAC or related industry is beneficial
Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekends
Salary: CAD $18 to CAD $22
