We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Operations Manager to oversee our outbound calling department and maximize profitability through strategic dialer management, team leadership, and performance-driven execution. This role is responsible for managing the calling dialer system, identifying high-performing markets, ensuring quota attainment, and building an efficient, results-oriented telemarketing team.
- Manage and optimize the outbound dialer system to ensure maximum call efficiency and lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust calling strategies based on results
- Determine and target the most profitable geographic territories and calling zones
- Recruit, train, and manage telemarketing representatives
- Hold team members accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations
- Make staffing decisions, including hiring, coaching, discipline, and termination when necessary
- Establish and enforce call and appointment-setting quotas
- Track KPIs including contact rate, conversion rate, and revenue per campaign
- Consistently improve productivity and departmental output
- Analyze data trends to identify profitable markets and eliminate underperforming efforts
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align telemarketing goals with company growth
- Proven experience managing an outbound telemarketing or call center team
- Strong understanding of predictive dialers, CRM systems, and lead management
- Ability to make tough decisions and maintain high performance standards
- Data-driven mindset with experience identifying profitable market segments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
