Fabricator Level 2 is a mid-level position. They should know how to perform multiple tasks independently but may still need guidance. They will report to the Fab Shop Manager.
- Knowledge of some machines.
- Basic knowledge of a variety of metals.
- Able to utilize various tools and machinery.
- Able to perform basic blueprint reading.
- Able to perform daily tasks with minimal guidance.
- Able to read and use measuring tools.
- Basic knowledge of some welding techniques.
- Able to perform welding, cutting, and assembly of metal components.
- Pass 3G and 4G weld tests.
- Support experienced fabricators with advanced tasks and learn from hands-on experience.
- Basic understanding of materials and measuring tools.
- Problem solving and math skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Work under guidance and as a team.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Complete required paperwork and labor reporting.
- Able to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
- Effectively communicate using various forms of written and verbal communication.

- Able to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and squat for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
