Job Description:

We are hiring a Laborer with a valid driver’s license. This role involves assisting crews with underground power installation, trenching, conduit installation, pulling wire, site preparation, and other general labor duties.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in underground utility installation (power lines, conduit, etc.)

- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely

- Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment

- Maintain a clean and safe job site

- Follow instructions from Foreman/Superintendent

- Drive company vehicles as needed (must have valid DL)

Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License (minimum 3 yrs driving history required)

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor

- Team player with good communication skills

- Experience in construction/underground utilities a plus, but not required (we will train)
