Stand alone water treatment plant with — One (1) 268,400-gallon reaction tank with mixers, Two (2) inclined plate lamella clarifiers, Three (3) ultra-filtration skids, Six (6) adsorptive media vessels, Six (6) cone bottom sludge holding tanks, Two (2) filter presses, Transfer centrifugal pumps, Double-wall chemical storage tanks, Chemical metering pumps and dry polymer feed system, Sludge pumps, Instrumentation, Four (4) 1,000,000-gallon aboveground water storage tanks with optional aeration mixing blowers, One (1) Influent Storage Tank, Three (3) Effluent Storage Tanks.
The Commissioning Manager (“CM”) is generally responsible for the site based administration, planning, supervising, performing and documenting all work on the project to which he/she is assigned. CM reports directly to the designated Project Manager (“PM”) in the performance of his/her work, and is responsible for producing weekly planning and progress reports in a form and including content as are acceptable to the PM.
• Supervise and coordinate the Startup planning, direction and coordination.
• Arrange and attend any Startup meetings and also schedule vendors’ TA’s.
• Prepares and completes turnover packages and supervise the plant turnover.
• Provide weekly startup report to the Site Manager.
• Manage the start-up performance testing, manpower management and process management.
• Coordinate and conduct all necessary operation at the Plant before taking over.
• Responsible for any other duties assigned to him/her.
