Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Entry-Level Inspector to join our inspection team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in oilfield inspection, quality control, or industrial operations. No prior inspection experience is required — we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on oilfield tools, equipment, and components
- Follow established inspection procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines
- Accurately document inspection results and complete all required forms
- Assist with cleaning, prepping, and staging tools for inspection
- Identify defects, damage, or nonconformance and report to senior inspectors/supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support shop operations and general labor tasks as needed
- Follow all Blueprint Inspections and OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No previous inspection experience required — training provided
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred (Not Required)
- Mechanical aptitude or experience using basic hand tools
- Experience in an oilfield, shop, warehouse, or industrial environment
- Familiarity with gauges or measurement devices

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
