Join Our Team as a Dispatcher – Park Fuels Ltd.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced logistics environment? Park Fuels Ltd. is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings experience in logistics or dispatch, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with confidence. This position is based out of our head office at 257 Metcalf St., Saint John, NB and is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. role.

Key Responsibilities

- Retrieve, organize, and prioritize daily delivery requirements from customer orders and dispatch software.

- Plan and coordinate efficient vehicle routes and schedules.

- Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of trucks and timely deliveries.

- Troubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate concerns when needed.

- Manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

- High school diploma required; post-secondary education or technical certification in logistics/operations is considered an asset.

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
