Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential for ensuring efficient shipping and receiving within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Duties

- Safely load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of heavy or fragile items

- Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA standards

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating forklifts

- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues

- Valid certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification upon hire

This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our logistics team by ensuring safe, efficient handling of materials within our shop.
