Position Title: Advisory Role – Cytopathologist (MD) & OB/GYN (Equity-Based)

Overview:
We are seeking two accomplished medical professionals—one Cytopathologist (MD) and one OB/GYN—to join our advisory team and contribute to the development and commercialization of a next-generation liquid-based cytology test. This is an equity-compensated, part-time role designed for professionals with limited availability who are passionate about innovation in women’s health.
For the right candidates, expanded opportunities may include formal leadership, including the potential for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) role.
Preference will be given to female candidates located in the Western U.S. who are committed to advancing global women’s health.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide expert guidance on the clinical utility, design, and optimization of the diagnostic platform.
•Contribute to clinical trial planning, execution, and validation processes.
•Support product positioning and market readiness, especially in cervical cancer screening.
•Help shape strategies for clinician adoption and community awareness.
•Facilitate introductions to potential partners, healthcare systems, and other key stakeholders.
•Offer strategic input into the company’s impact initiatives for underserved populations.
Role-Specific Requirements:Cytopathologist (MD):
•Board-certified in Cytopathology.
•Strong background in cervical cancer diagnostics and cytology workflows.
•Familiar with platforms such as ThinPrep and SurePath.
•Prior experience in diagnostics validation or clinical research preferred.
OB/GYN:
•Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
•Clinical experience in cervical cancer screening and preventive care.
•Exposure to diagnostic or public health innovation is a plus.

Pay: $24,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
