About This Job
Duties:
•
Prepare equipment by means of testing and keeping in working order for each job and future jobs.
•
Conduct job walks, assist with quoting and execution of the jobs.
•
Hot tapping/ Line stopping operations using a full range of machines guided by SME.
•
Working with other service lines when requested to be able to cover other customers’ needs.
•
Comply with Buckhorns values and conduct yourself in a manner deemed as professional.
Requirements:
•
Minimum 2-Years’ experience in mechanical pipeline/petrochemical/refinery completing hot taps and line stops.
•
NCEER Certified for Hot taps/Line Stops
•
Experience in bolting is a plus
•
Knowledge of plant operations and maintenance processes
•
Valid Driver’s License & Meet Insurance Carrier’s Driving Requirements
•
TWIC Card
•
OSHA Card
•
Meet site-specific requirements (e.g., DISA Contractor’s Consortium (DCC) program for drug & alcohol testing & background screening, worksite may also require clean shaven & fresh air)
