- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, correspondence, and presentations.

- Manage bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while performing administrative duties.
- Proven experience in an office setting with strong clerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus for bookkeeping responsibilities.
