BMC Global Manufacturing is a fast-growing manufacturing company seeking a skilled TIG/MIG Fitter/Welder to join our day shift team. Responsibilities:

· Perform TIG and MIG welding on various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.

· Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.

· Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials and techniques.

· Inspect welds for accuracy and quality using measuring tools and visual inspection.

· Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.

· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

· Assist with other fabrication or shop tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of TIG/MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.

· Proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must pass a welding proficiency test.

· Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely.

· Reliable transportation and punctuality.
