Are you an environmental professional ready to take ownership of compliance and regulatory relationships for established upstream operations? We're seeking an Environmental Specialist to be our go-to expert for Texas oil & gas environmental compliance.

What You'll Do:

•

Lead environmental compliance for Barnett Shale operations

•

Interface directly with TCEQ, RRC, and federal agencies during inspections

•

Manage soil/water remediation projects and spill response

•

Conduct air quality compliance and permitting (including Quad O reporting)

•

Oversee SPCC planning, waste management, and stormwater compliance

•

Train operations teams on environmental requirements

•

Handle legacy environmental liabilities and cleanup projects

What We're Looking For:

✅ 3-5 years upstream oil & gas environmental experience (operator or consulting) ✅ Strong knowledge of Texas Railroad Commission & TCEQ regulations ✅ Air quality compliance and permitting expertise ✅

4-year degree required

(preferably Environmental Science, Engineering, or related science field) ✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently ✅ Comfortable with

local travel

and hands-on fieldwork
