The program is completely free to qualified participants.

Position Overview:

As a Community Outreach Partner, you will work in the field, going door-to-door to engage residents, educate them about the benefits of community solar, and help eligible individuals enroll in this free program that reduces their monthly energy costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel within assigned neighborhoods and communities to speak directly with residents

- Explain the community solar program and its benefits in a clear and friendly manner

- Assist eligible households (those on government assistance or low income) in signing up for the program

- Maintain accurate records of contacts and enrollments

- Represent the program and company with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

- Passion for helping underserved communities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

- Experience in canvassing, outreach, or sales a plus, but not required

- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

- Must be reliable and punctual
