This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative position based in Houston, TX. The individual in this role will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. Responsibilities include managing communication with clients, resolving customer issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to improve workflows and service quality. - Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proven experience in managing Customer Experience and promoting positive customer interactions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Experience in the specialty chemical or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
