Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative position based in Houston, TX. The individual in this role will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. Responsibilities include managing communication with clients, resolving customer issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to improve workflows and service quality. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and ensuring prompt resolution of concerns.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction

- Proven experience in managing Customer Experience and promoting positive customer interactions

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism

- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

- Experience in the specialty chemical or manufacturing industry is an added advantage

- A high-school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
