Press Operators 2nd Shift

Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in LaVergne, Tennessee is seeking experienced Press and Punch Operators for the 3rd shift.

- Set up and operate all Punch & Press operations to produce quality parts.

- Conducts preventative as scheduled

- Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.

- Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed. Work with Maintenance on major issues.

- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

- May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.

- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.

- Punch & Press Operation experience preferred

- Mechanically adept.

- Blueprint reading

- Good math skills

- G/D & T Knowledge preferred but not required

Education:

- High School or Equivalent

- Technical School Experience a plus

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- La Vergne, TN 37086: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

- Press brake machine: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

- 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm
