We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will engage in direct sales activities, manage accounts, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Duties
•
Conduct outside sales activities to promote our pressure pumping services to oil and gas operators within our territory (ARK-LA-TEX).

Manage and develop relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking new clients.
•
Keep track of sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on progress.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
•
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
•
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills
•
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
•
Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•
Excellent account management capabilities, ensuring client needs are met consistently.
•
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
•
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interactions with clients and team members.
•
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently in the field.
