The Vice President of Sales & Marketing will lead and oversee all sales and marketing functions, driving growth and enhancing our market presence. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer base, increase sales revenue, and build our brand in the water pipe transmission and water treatment sectors.
Key Responsibilities•Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives and increase market share.
•Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
•Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy and decisions.
•Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, public relations efforts, and brand initiatives.
•Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
•Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technically related field, preferred or one to two years related experienced and/or training in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry.
•Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of driving revenue growth.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
•Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
•Proficient in CRM software and sales/marketing analytics tools.
