We are seeking a dynamic Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the solar energy market.
The Solar Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth by promoting solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in sales, renewable energy, and customer relationship management.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of solar sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and meet revenue goals.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients, through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
- Customer Consultations: Oversee the consultation process, ensuring clients receive accurate information about solar products, financing options, and benefits.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, installation, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to project completion.
- Reporting: Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Compensation: Overall compensation range is $150K-$250K
