Cast Metals Technology is a metal casting foundry specializes in Aluminum Castings and is currently hiring for a skilled 1st Shift Position Machine Operator at our Winchester, Indiana Foundry.
Requirements:
•
Reliable, Motivated and self-disciplined
•
Good work history and wants to learn and grow within our organization
•
Able to lift up to 10-60 pounds
•
Be safety conscious.
•
On the job Skilled Training will occur
•
Make simple machine adjustments
•
Read and interpret operating procedures
•
Perform machine start-up
•
Perform quality assurance checks (in process)
•
Assist in minor machine maintenance
•
Report to his or her supervisor, any hazard of which he or she is aware.
•
Must adhere to all safety policies
•
Ensures work area is clean by using good housekeeping practices
