Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of materials. This role requires a strong understanding of various construction equipment and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Operate heavy machinery including loaders, backhoes, and graders to move materials around the construction site.

Execute digging tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to build and maintain site infrastructure.
•
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while working on-site to prevent accidents or injuries.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Skills

Proficiency in wheel loader operation and techniques.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
