Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Technology Functional Analyst to provide SAP ERP and SAP Ariba/Ivalua functional support for procurement (Source-to-Pay) related activities. This role will troubleshoot issues, resolve functional problems, and support system changes through testing and enhancements.
- Analyze and resolve procurement system and functional issues in SAP ERP (ECC or S4/HANA) and Ariba/Ivalua.
- Respond to business users’ questions and issues related to procurement systems.
- Implement additional functionality in SAP MM and Ariba, including system testing.
- Collect and analyze procurement data for reporting, including contract and inventory activity.
- Prepare reports using SAP data, including mandated annual procurement contract reports.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Procurement processes – Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay.
- Functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) module, including tables, transports, transaction codes, queries, and reporting.
- Experience working directly with business users to resolve system issues.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Functional knowledge of e-sourcing systems such as SAP Ariba or Ivalua (Contract Management, Catalog, and Risk modules a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Ability to generate reports using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- SAP certifications preferred, but not mandatory.
