Overview
We are seeking a Culture of Innovation Project Manager to drive initiatives that embed innovation mindsets and behaviors across the organization. This role supports digital transformation by empowering employees to contribute ideas, experiment with solutions, and continuously improve operations. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will lead engagement efforts that foster creativity, collaboration, and a test-and-learn culture at scale.
- Design and implement programs that promote an innovation culture (e.g., idea campaigns, internal challenges, innovation champion networks).
- Oversee the intake, evaluation, and support of employee-submitted ideas, connecting staff with tools, mentors, and resources.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on design thinking, lean experimentation, and creative problem solving.
- Partner with HR, DEI, Talent Development, and Communications to integrate innovation practices into employee programs.
- Define, track, and report key innovation metrics; communicate results and success stories across the organization.
- Support strategic execution of broader innovation and digital transformation goals, including maturity assessments and capability-building initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of innovation methodologies (design thinking, lean startup, agile).
- Background in organizational development, change management, or employee engagement.
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops and group sessions.
- Skilled in program management, from planning through execution and evaluation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts for broad audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to measure impact and drive improvement.
- 7+ years of experience in innovation, organizational development, or related roles.- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Innovation, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in regulated industries, public sector, or energy/utilities a plus.
