As an Estimator, you will manage estimates for ultra high-end residential construction projects, averaging $50M
Requirements:
•
3-5 years of Estimator experience in high-end residential construction
•
Proficiency in Estimation software: Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Xactimate etc.
•
Degree in Construction Management or related
•
In-depth knowledge of construction material, building codes, and subcontractor pricing
Responsibilities:
•
Cost estimation & Bid preparation: Prepare cost estimates and develop competitive bids
•
Project Planning: Assess project scope and identify potential risks
•
Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Gather quotes and ensure best pricing
•
Budget management: Work closely with project managers to maintain budgets and timelines
•
Risk assessment: Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and potential risks
