ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

· Performs miscellaneous janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning urinals/toilets, emptying trash cans, cleaning windows, cleaning mirrors, and recycling bins (paper, beverage cans, and plastic bottles).

· Cleaning of the parking lots, driveways, grounds, and walkways.

· Shoveling off walkways and entrances, applying salt as necessary.

· May perform minor repairs on bathroom paper towel holders, soap holders, and toilet paper holders.

· Contain / clean-up minor spills and apply absorbent material as needed. Work with EHS on proper labeling of waste containers

· Identify when supplies are low and let purchasing know to order.

· Clean aisleway with floor scrubber, walk behind scrubber, and/or sweeper as determined manager.

· Would be required to drive a forklift.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

· Performs other duties as assigned

· Triple rinse plastic drums and IBC totes

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

· High school education or GED

· Valid driver’s license

· Collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment.

· Proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
