Operations Manager (Pipeline)

We are looking for an Operations Manager who wants to take ownership of the entire front-end pipeline, from signed contract through permitting, and make it better every single day.
You will lead the teams that handle deal processing, site surveys, engineering, CADs, and permitting. Your job is to bring structure, increase speed, reduce errors, and get jobs to install faster. You will also work closely with our Construction Manager to ensure projects transition smoothly from permitting to install and ultimately make it to PTO in a timely manner.
