As the Supervisor of Regulatory Compliance, you will be leading a team responsible for obtaining governmental permits relating to the drilling, completion, operations, production, facilitating the NEPA process. and various operations of the company. You will supervise the regulatory compliance functions, which include gathering, analyzing, and reporting of various data as required by federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Your team will oversee post drill coordination of site and document inspections for state a federal regulatory authorities. You will be responsible for providing leadership on regulatory compliance matters.

Responsibilities/Expectations:•Leads a team to produce timely pre-drill submissions including APDs and ROWs and facilitate the NEPA process
•Oversees post-drill compliance and follows up on inquiries or challenges with federal state and local agencies
•Maintain and report status and updates to cross-functional team
•Will work closely with environmental and safety teams within the field or other support divisions
•Interfaces with federal and state regulatory bodies related to our Wyoming business
•Coordinates surveys and contractors to facilitate development progress
•Monitors changes to regulatory requirements and recommends steps to maintain good standing
•Collaborates with environmental and safety teams in the field and other support divisions
Education/Years of Experience:
•Required: Bachelor's degree in Safety and Environmental Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; minimum of six (6) years in the energy industry and 3 years in a supervisory leadership role.
•Preferred: License or certification in Engineering, Project Management or Environmental field
•Preferred: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the EHS functional areas
Other Requirements:
•Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as the top priority
•Applies proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC tools
•Possesses knowledge of accounting procedures and policies specific to the Upstream industry, particularly those related to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM
