About the Position:
The Plant Manager is a pivotal leadership role within our dynamic and fast-growing organization. This position involves overseeing all facets of operations, logistics, processing, development, and inventory control within the facility. Responsibilities:
•Direct and manage processing and scheduling for 24/7 operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
•Lead, develop, and train staff to consistently produce high-quality products.
•Accurately forecast expenses and manage budgets to maintain operational efficiency.
•Generate precise daily and weekly reports to track performance metrics and progress.
•Ensure the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance, adhering to all required agency guidelines.
Requirements:
•Experience with ERP systems.
•Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent work experience.
•5-7 years of operations or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Proven expertise in scaling manufacturing operations to support growth initiatives.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, upper management, and team members.
•Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
•Proven leadership qualities, demonstrating initiative, accountability, flexibility, and responsibility.
•Comprehensive understanding of contract administration and office procedures.
•Capability to align operational needs with customer and administrative objectives to achieve established goals.
•Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
