Scope of Knowledge, Work & Experience
•Entry level role for an individual contributor performing basic day-to-day task related support activities
•Applies knowledge of foundational concepts, terminology, and specialized administrative, operational, or customer support requirements to support areas of responsibility and perform well-defined or routine tasks
•Typically holds a minimum of a High School Diploma and 0-2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. May also hold a One Year Certificate.
