Job details:

As a Field Supervisor, here’s the work you’ll do:

- Provide daily directives to craft to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule.

- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with quality and safety standards.

- Engage in field walkdowns to monitor ongoing construction activities.

- Support tracking project progress, quantities installed and work remaining.

- Provide weekly updates to management on project status, including safety hours, total work hours and quantities installed.

- Process change orders and obtain necessary approvals.

- Inform management of changing field conditions and work progress.

- Implement site safety plans and ensure compliance of safety procedures.

- Monitor and enforce safe work practices and hold regular safety meetings.

- Understand and adhere to technical requirements outlined in subcontracts.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of work

Skills:

- Understanding construction principles, methods and safety standards.

- Experience with schedule, budget and change management

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

Must have Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience

- Experience in construction and field supervision

- Experience with schedule, budget and change management

- Implement site safety plans and ensure compliance of safety procedures.
