Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, expertise in B2B sales, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leveraging their knowledge of territory management, lead generation, and technical sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation activities.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales coverage and market penetration.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with a focus on upselling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the marketplace.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
- Strong business development abilities including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques.
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to sales growth and customer engagement.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and develop strategic plans.
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts across designated territories.
- Must be able to lift a MINIMUM of 85 pounds.
- Must be here at start times.
- Must have a valid drivers license and transportation.
- Must be willing to work Monday thru Sunday as needed.
