Key Responsibilities

- Oversee full project lifecycle for Microsoft Dynamics deployments, including planning, scope, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication

- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (technical, functional, vendors, business units) to deliver system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and go‑live support

- Manage project budgets, timelines, change requests, and quality assurance

- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable technical tasks

- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodologies

- Lead user training, documentation, and post‑implementation stabilization

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics (D365 Finance, SCM, CE, or Business Central) projects

- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM processes, system integrations, and data migration

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification considered an asset
