MD&A's Repairs Division is seeking an On-Site Logistics Coordinator responsible for supporting processes and procedures for the movement of MD&A, tools, machinery, and parts internationally.
Duties & Responsibilities
include but are not limited to, the following:
•Work closely with each of the operating divisions to execute processes and procedures to effectively move resources, including machinery/equipment, tooling, and parts).
•Arrange and execute domestic and international shipments in compliance with import and export laws and regulations, customs requirements, as well as internal requirements.
•Work closely with customers, vendors, and suppliers, including, freight forwarders and custom brokers.
•Maintain detailed, organized records of shipments in accordance with MD&A’s policies.
•Coordinate the day-to-day operations of global logistics.
•Ensure delivery dates are met.
Requirements
•Required – 5-10 years’ experience in international shipping and logistics
•Required - Familiarity with Incoterms, Customs regulations, and Import and Export laws and regulations.
•Required – Work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
•Required - This position will require working every 3rd-4th weekend
•Prefer – experience with super hauls, oversized OTR
