**Description**
**Tasks**

* Safely operates both ride-on and push behind aerators.
* Applies products and materials with accuracy and efficiency using push spreaders.
* Assist crew leaders and team in providing quality aeration and seed services.
* Keeps accurate treatment records.
* Helps customers understand services provided.
* Responds promptly to requests from office.
* Securely and safely maintains service vehicle, equipment, and materials.

**Wage Range: $18.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.**
**Must Haves**

* Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving [preferred, not required]
* At least 18 years old or older [requirement to drive a company vehicle]
* Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
* Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew
* Encourage a positive team atmosphere & willingness to help others
