Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Residence Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and customer service, ensuring that residents receive exceptional support and that the property is maintained to the highest standards. This role requires excellent conflict management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and staff alike.
Duties
•Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
•Handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively.
•Oversee property leasing processes, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and negotiating lease agreements.
•Maintain accurate data entry for resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests using property management software such as Yardi.
•Develop and implement strategies for upselling additional services or amenities to enhance resident satisfaction.
•Foster strong customer relationship management practices to build a sense of community among residents.
•Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the property.
•Prepare reports on occupancy rates, leasing activities, and resident feedback for upper management review.
Experience
•Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
•Strong understanding of real estate administrative processes and legal requirements related to leasing.
•Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales or leasing outcomes.
•Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and techniques.
•Proficient in data entry and record keeping with attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
