Boss Precision has been an industry leader for over 30 years in precision metal fabrication. We serve the following industries transportation, rail, and warehousing to name a few.

We are currently seeking Entry Level Manufacturing positions.

You will be working on deburring parts in our second operations department that drills and taps parts.

Responsibilities include:

- Must be able to stand with repeated lifting and bending for 8 to 10 hours a day.

- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds independently

- Must be flexible to complete multiple different jobs throughout the day

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be able to understand and carry out written and oral directions

- All employees must have a strong work ethic and desire to learn a trade.

- Must be 18 years of age.

A-Shift hours are:

Monday –Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Saturday 6:00 am - 11 am when required

Overtime is based on the needs of the business

Compensation is based on experience

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
