Race City Steel is looking to hire an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative.

The primary responsibility of this candidate will be to prepare quotes and enter orders per customers needs. In doing this you will work within our ERP system, along with the need to obtain pricing from specified vendors on non-stock items. Following up on quotes, calling customers to "check in" and providing an excellent attitude with an untouchable service to our customers is paramount. This position will also make transactions with walk in customers when needed.

Must be well organized, courteous, and MOST OF ALL have a passion for customer service. Experience in Sales of Steel, Aluminum, Stainless, MRO, or Fabrication is highly desired.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
