The Director of Marketing & Brand is responsible for driving measurable business growth through strategic marketing leadership, brand management, and digital innovation. This role will lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while building a high-performing team and ensuring marketing investments deliver maximum ROI.
- Drive organic growth by understanding business needs, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
- Translate insights into data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver results.
- Brand Leadership
- Maintain and evolve brand integrity, guidelines, and messaging strategy.
- Lead multi-brand strategy in partnership with the SVP of Growth.
- Manage public relations, media relations, crisis communications, and community engagement to strengthen reputation.
- Marketing Execution
- Oversee the full marketing mix: digital (SEO, content, paid media, social, email, events) and traditional channels (PR, community engagement).
- Guide creative concepts from idea to execution, ensuring campaigns are innovative and results-driven.
- Manage company website(s) with a focus on SEO, UX, and conversion optimization.
- Lead digital experience strategies that enhance customer self-service, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Team & Partnership Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborate across departments (sales, operations, recruiting, IT, finance, training) to align marketing with business objectives.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with external marketing partners and vendors.
- Analytics & Performance
- Create and manage a marketing dashboard with clear KPIs to track business outcomes.
- Leverage analytics, customer data, and market intelligence to inform evidence-based decisions.
- Conduct ROI analysis to optimize spend across channels, improving customer acquisition cost and lifetime value.
- Oversee marketing technology stack selection and integration for scale and efficiency.
- Leadership & Culture
- Serve as a proactive driver of business strategy, not just a support function.
- Contribute to the company’s overall strategic leadership and culture.
- Lead or participate in special projects and company initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, and digital growth.
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
